Shipping policy

DELIVERY

We currently deliver within Ireland only, in 1–3 working days. Delivery to the UK and EU is coming soon.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Irish public holidays. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by the carrier or by events outside our control.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may carry an additional delivery charge.

MISSING OR LATE PARCELS

If your order has not arrived within 3 working days, please contact us at htiek5652@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.

DAMAGED PARCELS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. See our Refund Policy for your rights in this case.
